Paul Swidersky will receive the award during a formal celebration and dinner at the Turf Valley Resort in Ellicott City, Maryland, on Friday, October 2, 2009.

In 1986, Paul Swidersky started Quality Associates to provide quality assurance and regulatory consulting services to the pharmaceutical and agrichemical industries. The company grew steadily, and in 1996 entered into the document conversion and digital content management business. Twenty years after its founding, in 2006, the company relocated to an upscale state-ofthe-art facility within the Maple Lawn business park in Fulton, Maryland. Today, Quality Associates employs more than 85 and serves federal, state, and local governments, and all types of private industries. In April 2008, Quality Associates established a new subsidiary, DocPoint Solutions, which specializes in Microsoft SharePoint applications.
