Position: Production Technical Support Operator

Position: Production Project Lead
The IIM BPO Production Project Lead position is responsible for monitoring Production employee performance and customer issues. This role is responsible for ensuring Production projects are on track. The IIM BPO Production Project Lead will work closely with the BPO Manager, and is responsible for ensuring that they are providing an accurate snapshot of what is happening in Production at any given time. Position: Production Supervisor
The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of document processing operations, including Document Preparation, Scanning, and Quality Control functions. This position provides direct supervision, operational direction, and performance management for team members across all processing stages to ensure the accurate, secure, and timely conversion of physical records into quality digital assets. The Production Supervisor serves as the primary operational leader for the department, coordinating daily workflow, allocating resources, establishing production priorities, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies, customer requirements, service level agreements (SLAs), and quality standards. Position: Project Manager
The IIM BPO Project Manager is responsible for Conversion Services/Document Management Solutions that form the basis of the information Services. This responsibility includes project supervision, resource monitoring, and assistance with reporting and development of specialized programs for tracking and organization per contract. The IIM BPO Project Manager coordinates relationships with other members within the KMBS IIM Practice to complete timely project schedules. The IIM BPO Project Manager has overall responsibilities for BPO Project Supervisors, Production/Imaging Technicians, Project Coordinators, and Assistants.
