Quality Associates, Inc. (QAI), a provider of enterprise-class services and solutions for document management, imaging and archiving, has won the Kofax 2014 Transform Award for Partner Deal of the Year. QAI received recognition during Kofax’s annual customer and partner conference as a result of its subcontract in support of a government healthcare agency, which included $7.6 million of Kofax software. Kofax (kofax.com) is a leading provider of smart process applications for the business critical First MileTM of customer interactions.
Under this subcontract, QAI is supporting the document management technology selection and implementation of solutions that include Kofax’s smart process applications. The overall contract will help a government healthcare agency manage efforts related to enrolling uninsured citizens in state insurance exchanges, as mandated by the Affordable Care Act (ACA) – millions of paper and electronic applications and other documentation are received, reviewed and verified for completeness and eligibility, and processed in an environment that protects applicants’ personal information.
