About Scott

As a member of the Konica Minolta executive team, Scott Swidersky is involved in the overall management and direction of the organization. Among his managerial responsibilities, he serves as Vice President of Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Konica Minolta Business Solutions and is President of Quality Associates (QAI). With more than 20 years of experience in the document management field, Mr. Swidersky holds a deep understanding of compliance requirements and integrated solutions. Under his leadership, QAI is today recognized as a full-service systems integrator and value-added reseller (VAR) with a proven track record supporting organizations that require innovative document management and ECM solutions. Additionally, Mr. Swidersky played a key role in forming the QAI subsidiary, DocPoint Solutions (DocPoint), which provides a full range of consultative services, support and ECM software. Like its parent company, QAI, DocPoint is a certified GSA Federal Supply Service (FSS) contract holder. Mr. Swidersky holds a bachelor’s degree from Jacksonville University, Florida, and is an active member of the Association for Information and Image Management (AIIM).

About Mike

As a key member of the Quality Associates (QAI)/DocPoint Solution leadership team, Michael Ratigan serves leading organizations in both the federal and civilian markets on enterprise-wide records management topics, digital transformations, operational challenges and government policy matters. Notably, Mr. Ratigan was instrumental in transforming DocPoint Solutions into an expert electronic content management (ECM) consulting firm that designs customized solutions based on an in-depth understanding of the organization’s unique business environments and future growth strategy. With more than 27 years of industry experience, he is an expert in document/records management systems integration and program implementation. Prior to joining QAI, he was an award-winning regional manager at SOURCECORP, a provider of outsourced business process solutions, and served as a regional manager at Context Media, a provider of ECM products and services to commercial and federal clients. Mr. Ratigan holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Maryland.

About John

John Burgess is an accomplished executive and leading industry advisor with more than 20 years of experience in the document management field. As a member of the Konica Minolta ECM National Practice Group, he works with both federal and civilian organizations across the country to develop innovative records management strategies that leverage best practices and evolving technologies for successful paper-to-cloud digital transformations. Most recently, Mr. Burgess draws upon his extensive understanding of the document lifecycle to develop and put in place plans that address the complex M-19-21 compliance requirements issued by the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA). Prior to joining QAI, he served as lead consultant for Ricoh, USA, where he focused on enterprise electronic content and records management programs that increased performance, advanced continuous quality improvement and delivered tangible business value. Mr. Burgess holds a bachelor’s degree from Franklin and Marshall College, Pennsylvania.
