On Friday, September 18, 2026 we had the distinct honor of welcoming Toshimitsu Taiko, President & CEO, Representative Executive Officer of Konica Minolta, Inc., along with senior executives from Konica Minolta’s global and U.S. leadership teams, to our Fulton, Maryland headquarters and Digital Innovation Center.

Representing both global and U.S. leadership, the delegation visited to gain a deeper understanding of the progress being made, the capabilities being developed, and the vision being executed here in the United States. Discussions focused on how our innovations, technology platform, and operational model could create broader opportunities not only across North America, but around the world.

The visit included a business overview, strategic discussions, and an executive tour of our new 62,000-square-foot purpose-built Operations & Technology Platform and Digital Innovation Center, presented by Scott Swidersky, Senior Vice President, Quality Associates, Inc. / BIIQ.

The delegation included:

• Kentaro Murakami, Corporate Strategic Planning Division, Sustainability Department, Group Leader

U.S. Leadership
