On Thursday, June 11, 2026, we were proud to welcome clients, partners, and friends to 11860 West Market Place, Fulton, MD to celebrate two exciting milestones—the grand opening of our expanded 30,000-square-foot Center and Quality Associates, Inc.’s 40th anniversary.
With the support of Konica Minolta, the day showcased our continued commitment to delivering secure, scalable Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) solutions. Guests experienced firsthand how our enhanced facility is driving innovation through advanced document conversion, digital workflows, and capture and automation technologies—expanding capacity and accelerating turnaround times for our clients.
Event Highlights
Visitors enjoyed guided tours featuring 10 interactive stops, including:

We were also honored to welcome local dignitaries who joined us to mark this important occasion. Attendees presented official citations, including a proclamation from Governor Wes Moore’s office, recognizing both our facility expansion and our 40 years of service.
Beyond the technology, the celebration included live jazz music by Cam Sounds and a garden-themed lunch, creating a welcoming and festive atmosphere for all who attended. A special thank you to Lori Kleppin, Director of Membership and External Affairs at the Howard County Chamber of Commerce, for stepping in as our impromptu MC.
