Under its first task order of the 951-M contract, QAI will provide document conversion, records management, IIM and business process improvement services to various agencies

Fulton, Md. – March 31, 2015 – Quality Associates, Inc. (QAI), a provider of enterprise-class services and solutions for content management, document imaging and IIM, has received a 5 year task order contract from the U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO) with the estimated initial base year value of $20 million. Under this contract, QAI is authorized to provide multiple government agencies with on/off-site scanning services and on/off-site Microsoft SharePoint programming and support.

As QAI’s first task order resulting from the 951-M contract received in December 2014, this award will allow the company to help agencies effectively capture, manage, store, preserve and deliver electronic content across the enterprise. In addition, QAI will offer training and support, as well as provide business process improvement and analysis to enhance overall efficiency.

Scott Swidersky, president, QAI, said, “This contract is an excellent opportunity for QAI to deliver our core services to a wide range of prominent government entities. It goes to show that there is still a high demand for document imaging solutions within the federal space, as well as an increased focus on enterprise-wide content management. These services and solutions continue to play a key role in helping government agencies run more efficiently while freeing them up to concentrate on more mission critical tasks.”

Under its 951-M umbrella contract, QAI is competing for individual task orders to perform services and operations for a variety of government agencies. This indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract has a two-year term from the date of the award, with up to three optional 12-month extension periods.
