Welcome back to Quality Insights,
Quality Associates’ corporate
newsletter aimed at the document
management and quality assurance
communities. We took a
brief hiatus from our regular
issues to prepare for our big
move to our new headquarter
building Maple Lawn, Maryland.
On November 7, 2007 from
11 a.m. to 3 p.m., we invite all of
you to our Open House/Vendor
Fair at our new state-of-the-art
headquarter building. It will be a
great opportunity to see our new
production areas in our service
centers, learn the latest document
management technologies,
network with our peers, staff and
partners, and enjoy delicious
lunch catered by our neighboring
restaurant, The OZ Chophouse.
In addition to our Open
House Event, QAI will begin a new
monthly Webinar Series. These will
be free, interactive, educational
Webinars about the latest and
greatest in document technologies.

National Treasury Employees Union (NTEU) information request. The IRS ships the promotion
packages to QAI from each Human Capital Office in paper format to be scanned and
sanitized (redacted) of all personal identifiable information.
