Archiving & Storage
In QAI's state-of-the-art secured archive facility, we can
provide long-term or temporary storage of documents, research specimens,
electronic media, and other specified items. Our environmentally
controlled archive is equipped with a full Halon fire suppression system including
an early warning smoke detection system. The facility meets or exceeds "vaulted" storage
standards defined by various government (EPA and FDA) and private agencies.
QAI's vaulted archive provides the following:
- Attached directly to QAI's offices for ease of management
- Limited and controlled access
- Electronic inventory controls
- Environmentally managed
- Temperature and humidity monitoring
- 24-hour security and fire systems monitoring
- Halon fire suppression system
- Laser particle analysis/smoke detection system with multiple ports for sampling throughout archive
