| Quality
Associates, Inc (QAI) was
established in 1986 to provide
quality assurance and regulatory
services to the pharmaceutical
and agrochemical industries. A
corollary service offering was
the archiving of scientific records,
so it was not long before QAI developed
strong capabilities in electronic
document management.
Today QAI maintains a broad client
base that includes federal and state
agencies, chemical and manufacturing
companies, financial and accounting
firms, law firms, and medical and
research facilities.
Currently, QAI
provides services in these areas: Information Services, Quality Assurance & Scientific
Support, and Archiving.

Services Division provides
clients with cutting-edge
solutions to document management
issues in an ever-changing marketplace.
While specializing in the conversion
of documents and other media to
electronic formats, we also offer
a full range of document scanning/imaging
hardware and software,
as well as including integration
services and training.
- Our Quality
Assurance & Scientific
Support Division provides consulting
services to regulated companies
in the areas of Good Laboratory
Practices (GLP) and Good Clinical
Practices (GCP). The Division specializes
in quality assurance, and also
provides scientific support for
regulatory studies.
- Our state-of-the-art archive
facility was built to assure the
safe and confidential integrity
of clients’ paper documents,
electronic media, and specimens
under the care of trained archivists.
